Peeples, a 1998 graduate of the University of Baltimore School of Law. She has been serving clients for 20 years in a diverse array of practice areas. Ms. Peeples brings to the table, many years of experience with a broad range of complex litigation matters that include but are not limited to business torts, contracts, construction law, real estate, mass, and toxic torts, insurance defense, products liability, and general civil and commercial disputes. Her extensive experience in representing clients before the Frederick County Planning Commission, the Frederick County Board of Appeals, and various other municipal zoning and planning agencies, in land use and zoning matters, complement her abilities to be able to successfully represent clients in a wide range of matters. In addition to previously mentioned areas, these include top-level legal services for personal injury cases, family law matters, and entertainment law disputes.
While our firm provides many legal services, we are equally comfortable in the courtroom. Ms. Peeples is a seasoned litigator in all manner of civil disputes, including appellate work. This includes but is not limited to her experiences with successfully appealing zoning decisions to the Circuit Court for Frederick County, has authoring numerous appellate briefs, and appearing before the Maryland Court of Special Appeals.
Many people admire Ms. Peeples’ discipline, dedication, and fierceness when representing her clients in court and other legal matters, and it is not surprising that this avid tennis-player spends much of her spare time smashing her opponents on the tennis courts as well. In addition to being passionate about law and tennis, she is an accomplished martial artist and mountain bike enthusiast.
